We heard the forecasts, knew it was possible, but I still wasn’t ready to hear B utter “it’s snowing” when he got up for work this morning.

Alas, it was. A light snow that continued on until early afternoon. It seems to have mostly melted now, but with below freezing temperatures overnight and predictions of precipitation and anticipation that our high temps will stay pretty well in the 30s…I suppose it needs to sink in that we’re in for a long winter.

And it may have started already.

To be clear, this is 2 days before summer ends.
